So I thought i’d start a sticky tab section where it is easy to access the kinds of food I eat on a daily basis. I am a fussy eater so it gets repetitive but I am sure there are many people out there that are thinking they are too fussy of an eater to succeed on Slimming World so I hope this section can help someone in some way. What I eat for breakfast;
If you follow me on Instagram you may of noticed how much I love the following breakfasts.
HexB 400g wholemeal loaf
Tomatoes for speed
Ham for protein.
Salt and pepper for taste.
Clover extra light for half a syn.

Egg for speed
Clover lighter or a splodge of tomato ketchup for half a syn
I think it’s apparent I always eat my HexB at breakfast haha. 400g Wholemeal loaf

Marmite – Free.
Mug of green tea. (Always have green tea with breakfast)
Very occasionally I mix it up a little, I have had overnight oats or fruit salad but it’s more or less these breakfasts for me and I never tire of them!
