I was kindly sent some UFit protein drinks to try so today I am going to share my thoughts with you by way of a review. As always any thoughts here are 100% my own honest views.
The very first thing I liked about these is that they fit into my life with ease. They are pre-made packaged protein drinks therefore I can literally grab one and go with no blending required. This pleases me as I am often in too much of a rush to make my own. (And slightly lazy y’know!)
I think these drinks are perfect for throwing in my gym bag and having on my walk back from working out, which honestly is how I drank every single one.
Whats in them?
UFit protein drinks have 22g of protein with added fibre, vitamins and minerals in each bottle and they are made from milk protein. They are marketed to support the demands of an active lifestyle. They also have NO added sugar, which is a rare find with some of these products.
I had the chance to try the Chocolate, Iced Latte, Banana and lacto free Strawberry. I genuinely liked them all. The nicest one was the iced latte but if you know me you know I love all the coffee! haha. These do not taste, to me, like a protein shake, they taste naughty, like a proper milkshake but are packed full of goodness, what could be better?!
On the website as of today these are 8 for £10!
