Today I am bringing you epic pancake stacks that Jodie and I made over the weekend. The Skinny Caffe were kind enough to send me some of their skinny pancakes to try and they did not disappoint us.
At 55 calories per pancake these are a dream for those of us following a healthy lifestyle. They retail at £9.99 direct from The Skinny Caffe website.

How to use
Add 40ml of milk or water to a shaker or mixing container.
Then add 1 table spoon (15g) and shake or whisk to mix. I used a hand blender and it worked out really well.
Leave to rest for 1-2 minutes before adding to preheated non stick pan with a light oil. Cook gently for one and a half minutes on each side until evenly golden brown on both sides.
If you are on Slimming World you could use your HexA and I’d syn these as 2.5 syns each (before added toppings) – you could top this very healthily or go for a bit of naughtiness like Jodie and I did.
We shared these don’t worry so it amounted to a normal amount of calories for a meal.
We really enjoyed the skinny pancakes, they were easy and quick to prepare and cooked light and fluffy like a pancake should be, furthermore they were really quite yummy too. I will definitely be ordering more, and maybe some cheeky 0 cal syrup too!
